Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Treatment estimates will be provided before any major procedures.
5. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality dental care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow post-treatment instructions.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenitra, Morocco.
